That's news. Not sure it helps Miami or the kid tbh. Bidding war will be that much more frenzied, vs him matriculating early and getting better S&D and coaching.
 
i wouldn't overpay for Calvin Russell. If its money he wants then go to Syracuse and get your a$$ beatdown. Miami will pick up him up later in the transfer portal for cheaper money assuming he's any good in college.

Dopson is Norwood. I like this reclassification as I think he could be an elite Safety and we need that in the 26 class.

Lawrence is the 1 of all that we need. Best arm talent out of Miami area in 5-10years. Don’t care if he is 26,27,28…he is him. Must land him if you ever want to develop a SoFla QB to be a starter.

the TE that reclassified in the Midwest is another kid we need.

Nic is a board line 5star. Same with Dopson. Reclassification will drop them for good reason, most fail to succeed. Maybe the sites realize Miami is 2/2 hits on them (Blount and Toney).

With our current WRs, I’d prefer Stevens and Nic stay in 27 to keep stacking. Mario could have the 27 roster looking like 2001.

THis i want both of them to stay 27 for extra weight room development. and staggering of classes.

Nic should be high on the priority list in 27 a main focus type.

I could see Neiman possibly reclassifying...either way i think we bring in 2 qbs next class. Really wish Teddy stays assisting with Neiman in the off szn...that would be good for his qb development.

Seems like a stud and high priority recruit just wasn’t sure if he’d be as valued in this class.

How’s not making as much as you think. He’s also not signing today and was on Insta holding up the U. This may end up one for the good guys. Curious to see what D money thinks here

On today's signing day show, @Peter Ariz and @DMoney say if he signs this week, it won't be with Miami. Their sources agree w/Gaby, Miami won't be recruiting him. D$ thinks is possible that if he signs during the late period, Miami may start sniffing around. But I think that was a personal viewpoint not from a source.
