Not if you balance it out with the proper supplements.

Plus in the NFL these guys have doctors and trainers who know the ins and outs of the drugs. They aren't just some random guy in the gym poking himself. They are doing the best ****, at the right dose, at the right time, etc. etc.

From my understanding the big issue is you need to draw blood for a test to find it. The league needs to get the players union to agree to blood testing. So they are going to have to give up something. Most likely give up even more of the practice and coaching time.
Yes to to a CMA (cellular mineral analysis) will also work with hair roots as they retain the use of such medications for a long time but this has been shelved time and time again.

I wonder if there is a link between HGH usage and all of these muscle injuries. It seemed like half the league had pulled hamstrings in training camp.
