Darryl Williams should be in the HOF. I don't think the HOF has much credibility. The way things work it was literally impossible to be drafted by a terrible team and make the HOF, especially as a defensive back. Getting drafted by Cincinnati in 1992 basically made it impossible for Darryl Williams to make the HOF.
