And LaVar was actually kind of a dissapointment as a pro. Showed some good things here and there and had some real good moments but for all the hype...had an underwhelming NFL careerExactly who I was going to add into my post. Lol
The other DTs were every bit as deserving. My orange-and-green sunglasses would pick Sapp over Randle.Big Time!!! I was kind of ****ed he was left off....he deserved to be on that list.
The PlaymakerWho else from UM should be on the list?
Jim Otto -- OL
Devin Hester -- KR
????
We've had a lot of very good pros, but perhaps not many elite enough over a long period.
Reed will be in the safety collection. No doubt. The Playmaker
Ed Reed
Shane, Conlan, Jack Ham and Paul Posluszny, as well. How is that list with LaVar better than Hendricks, Ray, Morgan, Beason, DJ, Darrin, Jesse...???And LaVar was actually kind of a dissapointment as a pro. Thinking Stork=Ibis?Had to do some research on that one. His wiki page only cites that he got the Mad Stork nickname while at Miami and later in the NFL shortened to just the Stork. Wiki does reference his tall, lanky frame when mentioning his nickname.
How many from Pedo State? When I was younger they were called LBU.
No doubt. Got to see the Mad Stork a couple of times and he seemed like he was from another planet.
Marvin ShadeTree Jones was as good....Gave UM Fits in 91 and 92....Dude was more violent than Brooks....Miami kid...if not for that early severe knee injury in the NFL...No telling...he was all that...Brooks is one of the few players, especially a Nole, I’d wish were Canes. As good as the 94 defense was can you imagine Ray Lewis, Rohan Marley, and Derrick Brooks as the LB trio? With Sapp, Lang, Holmes, and Riley on the DL?
