I remember that too but the only LB I could actually cite is LaVar Arrington.

Greg Buttle was a good pro. Ham is a HOFer.
You know the deal though. Other schools produce 1 or 2 pro's at a position and they start crowning themselves

Question.
The "Mad Stork" nickname.
Was that a reference to his frame and the Ibis bird?
Had to do some research on that one. His wiki page only cites that he got the Mad Stork nickname while at Miami and later in the NFL shortened to just the Stork. Wiki does reference his tall, lanky frame when mentioning his nickname.

Derrick Brooks 🐐
Brooks is one of the few players, especially a Nole, I’d wish were Canes. As good as the 94 defense was can you imagine Ray Lewis, Rohan Marley, and Derrick Brooks as the LB trio? With Sapp, Lang, Holmes, and Riley on the DL?

I don't think Arrington made it. Only PSU was Jack Ham.

This is the list:

Bednarik -- Penn, not PSU
Joe Schmidt -- Pitt
Jack Ham- -- PSU
Jack Lambert -- Kent State
Ted Hendricks -- UM
Ray Lewis -- UM
Lawrence Taylor -- UNC
Bobby Bell -- Minnesota
Willie Lanier -- Morgan State
Junior Seau -- USC
Derrick Brooks -- FSU
**** Butkus -- Illinois

UM is only school with two. We are LBU.

Derrick Thomas did not make it.
