Next OC?

I know this is dreaming, but I would love it if KD came back to be our OC. Look, pay him well and he'll still have opportunities in the league and in CFB. It's not like it used to be where CFB was looked down upon as a Football career in juxtaposition with the NFL. Now, the league constantly hires coaches from college.

If Kenny has any interest in CFB, he should come back and put in his time and assuming he succeeds, the world will be his oyster.
 
It’ll be interesting to see who Mario would target. Hopefully not Chud. Mario could go a few ways with his staff… full “Miami bro” with KP, Chud, Dorsey, Barrow, DVD, Jeff Popovich, Kevin Beard, Lamar Thomas, etc or he could build an SEC style staff with killer recruiters and SEC coaching backgrounds. Maybe a mix of both.

As for if it’s manny… I’d be surprised if there’s many options willing to hitch their wagon to his regime. Lots of factors on both sides of why they would or wouldn’t do it. Why would they: TVD and the offensive weapons. Why wouldn’t they: Manny is a lame duck and could easy get fired in early weeks of next season if he comes back.
 
Does Mario have a connection with Orgeron? Do we think he would come as an Associate Head Coach and DL coach?

Here's a thought in case we slip into an alternate universe where Manny is retained....

Dorsey has already put it out there that he'd like to be HC here. What if, in the multiverse of madness (that I refuse to believe will happen) KD is told that he can come in as OC/Asst HC and then, when Diaz's D fails again, Kenny slides in. HUH????

Anyway, I would love KD here as OC. Hoping that Mario or whoever takes over, feels the same way.
 
James coley, major applewhite, Larry fedora or Ponce. Any one of those TVD is cooking baby.

Yep. He’s actually coaching WR at Virginia so I could see him doing that and Likens moving to QB coach to fit him in the staff.

But ya I remember the reports that manny wanted to interview him before he hired Lashlee but he was loyal to bronco Mendenhall and declined the interview
