Yea, unfortunately I know itll never happen. I like to think about what our offense could like with someone like Briles running the show.

Regretfully I don't have any recommendations that are realistic, but maybe a Curtis Johnson, Senior Offensive Assistant/WR Coach for Saints and once on cane staff I believe.

It’s not going to happen, because Dugans and Brown share the title. He’s not going to risk losing those guys by giving them a new boss.

And he ain’t demoting his son from the QB spot. IMO, that was the worst hire possible. I know Richt did it because he’s coaching that position, anyway. And he’s building his son’s resume. But terrible hire. He’ll never fire that kid. And the kid doesn’t really do enough to be on anyone else’s radar.

My prior response noted ... Realistic OC replacement options are Sterlin Gilbert from USF and Rhett Lashley from SMU.

Neither are super-****. But both have P5 experience and are young enough to still allow CMR to have influence. I also repeat, they are realistic options. Meaning, they are actually attainable.

And both would want to do well enough in the job to land their next promotion. Which means their results will matter to them a great deal!
