Heres how I rank my top 5 head coaching candidates for now not 2020 right now.

1. Butch Davis- He was the architect of the greatest college team of all time and is a miami fit and he's got a chance to shake off the rust these past few years at FIU already

2. Urban Meyer- Best college coach next to saban, he's been dominant everywhere he has been plus he's not coaching now and is also very familiar with the state of Florida

3. Lane Kiffin- Firery guy with personality to become great fit in Miami, has rejuvenated his career since he left Alabama and also already very familiar with the state of Florida

4. Mario Christobal- Is a miami guy so the fit is already there familiar with the state of Florida and has also rejuvenated his career since left Alabama

5. Manny Diaz- Miami guy the fit is already there his defenses would always be good while he is here and he would do whatever it takes to bring the offensive side up to par

What do you guys think fellas we need a change right this morning

1, 2 and 3 have no shot at happening.

I’m not fully sold on Mario, but he’s a decent option I guess.

Manny wouldn’t accept one job and then come right back here.
 
Although he would be expensive AF and be likes the Pacific Northwest, I still like Chris Petersen. If not, Urban.

Only realistic option on that list is Kiffin but the BOT would never take him. Diaz just took a job

Dude didn't even have enough time to unpack his bags before bolting for Bama. And you know what, I don't blame him. Better program, better brand, better coach.

NUMBER 2 & 3 DEFINITELY!!!
 
I hope CMR figures it out and wins 10 plus games in 2019. If not and both parties mutually agree to part ways then Mario Cristobal should be the next head football coach at Miami. I am rooting for the football team to succeed in 2019.
