This team is talented, just needs the right leadership to maximize their ability.

If the next HC does not the win the Coastal in year 1, we made the wrong hire, IMO.

This ain't a re-build, it's about elevating the play of the talent already on the team.

We are losing a lot this year...will lose Scott, Waters, and possibly Coley at wr. Will lose Kamalu, Hertelou, McCord, and maybe even AQM if those reports are true. Then add in losing Kirby and maybe Grace at lb. Losing Bush, Burns, Elder, and Howard at db, so this won't be the same team next year for sure....not a rebuild, but still will struggle at times.
