Not to give the Alligators any good advice but someone has to give Matt Campbell a look... Forget at Iowa State where this year he beat both Oklahoma and TCU. He also resurrected a Toledo program.and we are talking Toledo here!

Resurrected Toledo? Toledo has always been a good mid major. They had a downturn at the end of Tom Amstutz's tenure but Tim Beckman turned it around until he took the Illinois job. Campbell replaced him and kept the ball rolling until he took the Iowa State job.

I'm not saying Campbell isn't a good coach and I'm not saying Florida or some other program won't hire him away from ISU. But he didn't resurrect Toledo and acting like Toledo is Temple is absurd.

I think they’d be crazy to not go hard after Frost. I don’t believe he really wants to try to recruit top athletes to come to never land Nebraska. Heck done talking head on ESPN said he’d probably be better of at UCF than Neb. However he’d be a good fit at UFag, he has ties in Florida high schools and he runs a great offense. Something they haven’t had since Urbie left. Personally I’d love to see them drop a boatload of cash on Kiffin. He’s an idiot, and he’d surely keep them on the corch wagon.

Butch Davis is 66 years old, the UF job would probably kill him.

UF needs a young coach who can deal with the absolute misery of that town, their boosters and that fan base on top of trying to beat the FSUs, UGAs and Alabama's of the world on the field and out recruit everyone else off of it.

Absolutely brutal job and why everyone besides two HOF coaches have flamed out of.

And it caused one of the two HOF coaches to run away at the first heart murmur.

He didn't win **** while he was here period. Larry Coker won that championship, a bs pass interference away from winning another championship as well. He wasnt the 1st coach to stock pile talent at UM and nowhere near the last.

The choices would be Mullen, Frost, Kiffen or Strong.

Praying it would not be Frost. The rest I dont give a F about. I could see Kiffen taking the job on the cheap loaded with incentives which would align with what they need now. UF and Kiffen have hugely over inflated egos so I could really see that happening. He will tell them the only reason he came to FAU is because he knew their job would be open within the next 2 years and he was suring up his recruiting connects. He can also say he knows all he needs to about Saban to beat him. Douche would leave FAU right now to finish the year there. Frost is the likely the best pick for many reasons but I think he doesnt give them the splash they feel they deserve and he is a little more risky.

I dont think UF is a top 10 job anymore. I think if you look at their last two hires that tells you what type of job it is. Urban left that FN place because of the issues surrounding their fans and boosters and with this dude being fired and how they handled his death threats comments I think any coach is going to think twice about going there except for Kiffen.
