Next coach to be

Already hired our OC (co with richt). I'm sure the DC will double up as Lb or DB coach.
 
So Richt has gone with SEC coaches for the majority of his staff and I assume that will continue with his other hires. Any idea what position Manny Diaz will coach?
 
I hope we get a S&C coach soon, we win championships in the offseason, someone needs to get these kids tough

im sure richt has already contacted the guy he wants and gone hard after him. i expect most hires to be announced by middle of next week. only because all bowl games should be over by then. unless he wants someone from clemson or bama , he doesn't have to wait to much longer to announce.

contrary to popular belief i think diaz was his 1st choice for dc also. diaz is well respected for what he has done at miss state.

Richt will run the offense but I've never seen a head coach given the co-oc title as well. I expect our situation to mirror FSU with two offensive coordinators who are glorified position coaches. If thomas brown was going to be the only OC, they would have named him OC instead of co-oc. Regardless, I think most of our staff will be filled by January 13th so the results will be in soon
