If that truly is the case, Manny needs to address that garbage straight up. If what you are saying is an accurate assessment then this team will never win anything of importance. I can guarantee you that.

Despite your efforts to be a cynical dishonest douche you are right. This is the new Miami and what Manny Diaz has done with the program in the short time he has been the head coach has been very impressive. Diaz has done a masterful job of re branding the program and he has aggressively filled holes in the rooster with quality players. He is making kids want to come here again. This is fact.

That doesn't mean he's done! That doesn't mean that there aren't more issues to address and problems to work out. Manny has a good way to go and there is much work to be done including the job of changing the leadership dynamics in the locker room. If the job he did with the defense from 2016-2018 is in any way indicative of what he can bring to the whole team and I think it is then we are in good hands. Again there are many things Diaz must accomplish if we are to go to the next level and eventually get to the top. He must prove that he can be a good gameday coach. He must also prove to be a successful recruiter or at least oversee what is an elite recruiting operation. There are other boxes he needs to check as well but what is certain so far is that he is all in and that he will do whatever he feels neccesary to build this program into a championship contender. He has done everything right so far. We couldn't have asked for a better start from a new head coach. So yes this is the New Miami #TNM and be sure to miss me the next time you come with that weak ****.

Was talking about that with al jr the other day. Had to tell him hes lucky his old boy played when he did. Cause the way al & plenty of others (who I wont discuss) were, they probably wouldnt be on this earth cause they old boys wouldve been in prison. This is sad how soft **** is. & the dudes who come out trying to change that get branded as goons... goons ain't got **** to do with giving these boys some back bone and learning to fight for the man next to them. told richt before we gotta take these boys out on some group trips. Dont give a **** if it's one huge fight. But they gotta learn the meaning of team.

lol y’all think Manny can change the culture in a month? Y’all know this team was full of cliques.. spring ball and summer it should improve hopefully but yes this is a huge problem...
 
Lol I hate these type threads. Cats in here freak out over anything. Somebody says the players have friends and work out with said friends and y'all in here like oh we suck again, we'll never win anything and Manny needs to get that corrected.

What do you all expect? Someone organizing team wide practice in February? Rather some be working out together then none. You all love to find **** to cry about.
