New Turnover Chain costs...

He said Diaz paid out of pocket (around 70K) for the first one and they still have it locked up. Doesn't know who paid for this one.

It makes it even more laughable that other schools try to steal our thunder with things anyone can buy at Party City.

As I told a friend, the old U chain should be for offense redzone touchdowns or 3rd down conversions. Just sayin....

Yep, originally they were going with a rope chain and Vince happened to be in the store when Diaz called, he's the one who said it had to be a Cuban link; as it doesn't get more Miami than that. There was an article detailing that. IIRC, there was another former Cane with him and he agreed. I remember Diaz said it was like a light came on, that's it mane!

It’d be embarrassing to wear it for converting on 3rd down... but **** it’s embarrassing to hardly convert them now. BREAK OUT THE CHAIN

The U is trademarked/registered I'm fairly certain. Don't see how they wouldn't be compensated or at least have to grant permission.
