NCAA allowing unlimited calling after July 1st of a recruits Junior year. The NCAA is also looking to eliminate the legislation governing recruiting material that maybe provides to recruits.

I would think it benefits out of state programs since now they can call Florida athletes all they want.

Exactly. He and his staff have been committing recruiting violations every single off-season... This will just open the field up for the rest of us.
