He has already proven he can´t handle the job. Is he gonna all of a sudden to a complete 180? He should be gone by the end of next season
 
I’m thinking he will make it to at least year 3.

unless of course he ***** the bed with another bad hire.

if the offense is as bad next year as it was this year, ya he’s probably gone

When Hard Rock is half empty for FSU, he's done. When Willie couldn't sell out the Miami game, that, coupled with the loss, was it for him. Had that place been rocking, and FSU put up a better fight, he might have survived. Not selling out the Miami game was a bad, bad look.

This isn’t the first time , I when a team was driving on us as I yelled out I’ll put a stop to this drive and had to make a play .
I would send my D off the field as I stood alone on the field waiting for the O to trot on and fight again.

No different in life also here take your shots make fun , I will not let my coach and teammates whom fight on and DON’T GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS .

I’ll be on the field of battle waiting standing there for new rotation series rested refreshed players to return , no different here.

This is what separates us from just every day players.
 
Those who want Manny fired next year better hope the team implodes from day one .or least has worse record than this year.if Manny starts the new qb or mochota team goes 8-4or even7-6 he will be hc in 2021.I almost bet Diaz has told blake theres a problem with some current players that he's going to have let go.which unfortunately could give him another year.and don't blame me for saying this.you all know how good a b.s.er Diaz is.he could sell Blake a **** sandwich claiming its pastrami,provolone on rye with mustard.

Season ticket holders and donors are already pulling out this year. If mediocrity continues and UM loses money from the big donors and ticket holders, they will make change.

Fire him now. Why wait? We have seen this movie before. Do something man. Fire as needed and dump players like Williams.
Clean out this ************ and clean out all the cancer and ineptitude as quick as you can.

I have been a Canes fan since before Schnellenberger. This program is as bad as I have seen. So bad I have lost interest in them.
We suck and Diaz should be shown the door today!

Bull****. Flores has overachieved with the current talent level. If anything its true, he has been to good of a coach who coached up wins when they should have lost.
The only thing I can say negative about Flores is he did not tank. The team did not tank. We needed a better draft position. I wanted the tank and did not get it.
The majority of Dolphin fans I know wanted to loose this year. For the better of the team.
You know suffer a little for a bigger prize down the road.

No comparison to the Canes. This Hurricane team was supposed to win while the Dolphins were supposed to loose. It did not happen.

Take Fitz out of the picture and you can see,Fitz plays with passion and grit to fight to sacrifice during the game , oh pretty darn good talent.

You cannot honestly say Flores could have done the same with the other guy.

Plus the team wants to play for Fitz which make Flores’s losses be a little more palatable if that possible obviously it is with now where near the heat Manny’s getting.

Flores was an assistant like Manny and you and myself loved our D as did the Patriots eith Flores .

BOTH ARE LOSING FIRST YEAR BUT ONLY ONE OUR CANE COACH IS GETTING SHREDDED BY THE SAME FANS WHO CHEERED HIM ,IT IS A DARN SHAME.

And doesn’t bode well for Cane fans as being fair weathered.
 
Oh one more thing , not once has anyone here DARE to go down the road less traveled and support our teams coach but that’s fine.
It’s an honor to have our coaches back against the same fans loved him before.

whole program is presently in melt down mode, everyone is leaving the sinking ship. we are going have to really find a hidden Gem to take this job or a resurrection OC..... why not give Kendall Briles a shot ??

9 wins? Blake will trip over himself getting Manny a contract extension! Then the school fires him in 2023 paying his absurd buyout and we hire another cheap and inexperienced coach.
 
If Manny gets fired next year, would the BOT seriously not consider making a change of leadership and football operations in the athletic dept? This might tell it all in terms of what miami's priorities are moving forward. However, after the last 15 years, its quite obvious.

I mean how many failed hires can a school make before they wake up and get it right? This madness has to end sometime, right!?
