New national narrative will be App St stunk all along

This will be the case all season, fellas. Get use to it.

We beat FSU... "Well, the Noles were missing Derwin James, who some say is the next Sean Taylor, and they're breaking in a new QB."

We beat Notre Dame... "Well, the Irish have been struggling all season with a depleted seconday, and those offseason arrests have clearly affected not only the teams depth, but their morale as well. Throughout it all, Brian Kelly's kept this team together."

We beat UNC... "Well, New QB..."

We beat V-Tech... "Well, new coach and system..."

We win the ACC... "Well, it was a down year for the traditional ACC powers..."

We win the championship... "Well, Al Golden certainly did a great job recruiting these players. Makes you wonder if they fired him prematurely."

They will never give us credit. NEVER.

Yep the media always discredits Miami in games, today ESPN did not stop talking about how Miami's players physically are so much bigger which is why App State cant compete in the game lol.

UL is going to get so much press from their beatdown of FSU that there will be VERY little talk about our win. It'll simply be swept under the rug.

Seriously? Even if FSU won the game, our victory would still be insignificant. Why?

We didn't beat anyone of relevance. There should be little to no talk about our win. I assure you, Richt isn't making a big deal about a team that is 1-14 against ranked opponents. It is a nothing win against a non-conference team.

I'd be surprised if he's not making a big deal of it internally.

We went on the road and absolutely manhandled a team that we SHOULD manhandle. He'll be pleased with that and I'm sure he'll let the players know that too.

We beat App State. He doesn't give a chit about beating App State. It is a sub-par non-conference opponent.

I am sure he is pleased but I doubt he is acting like it is a big deal.
