MEGA New Miami Adidas Ultraboost🔥 - The Shoe and Nike/Adidas Thread.

For all the adidas fanboys…

adidas is currently selling UM “Cotton Bowl Champions” t-shirts.

And Fiesta Bowl t-shirts.

Can’t make this **** up. The ONE TIME that adidas is not late to the marketplace…

Im sure that Kirk Herbstreit and the Taint coaches/players are going to milk this for the “bulletin board” qualities, just as they did with the “post-game party” that some UM players were promoting back in 2003…

There is probably no area in the country it’d make more sense for adidas to go all in on over Miami… so I’d expect them to pay us more than Nike and we stick with them

Maybe, but I just know the Mario Nike relationship from Oregon will be too much for adidas to overcome. With the money that's about to start flowing you better be **** sure Nike will throw the books at them and I feel like Mario will choose Nike. But if he does choose Nike I feel like he will tell Nike to keep it simple, like the main jerseys. We will see, all guessing right now.......I hope its Nike. Adidas **** be feeling like they made it at a sweat shop in NYC sewers or some ****. I just have the foam runners from Adidas that's it.

Rell has said there is university ties with adidas. Like leadership people.

I just hate their logo and quality. Big *** logo that’s one thing I would change. Covers mostly anything they make. Hopefully Rell is wrong, at least for me. I know there are different opinions and people like what they like. So everyone’s answers will always be from their own point of view in regards to taste.

"YOU'D expect"?

Who the **** are you? You know nothing.

"No area in the country it'd make more sense". Stop with this race-oriented bull**** already. Yeah, Hispanics and whatnot.

No other area in the country? How about Southern California, where there are now THREE MLS soccer teams, and not only a huge "Hispanic population", but actually a lot of people who FOLLOW international soccer.

Or what about places like Atlanta and St. Louis, which have strong connections to soccer in the United States?

The point is, you are lazily piggy-backing off of MY COMMENTS about the Mas Brothers, Inter Miami, Messi, and UM all being connected by "adidas". But that doesn't mean that "adidas will pay us more money than Nike". That's just the nutty projections that you continue to make, over and over and over again. This mythical fantasy about how UM is worth more to adidas AND that adidas will be willing to pay us more.

Except it's all bull****, just like your terrible porsts. As soon as adidas got the contract with UM, the immediately delivered the ****tiest uniforms in the history of the program (no exaggeration) and then chased after Louisville and offered them a more lucrative contract, without honoring the most-favored-nations clause in the contract. We continue to get cookie-cutter merch that is ill-fitting and mere variations on that provided to other programs, but just in orange/green colors.

The sad part is that you and the Mas brothers are going to continue to fill our heads with one-sided comparisons, how adidas will "give us more money" when Nike doesn't even have a fair playing field to make its best pitch.

Never forget, Michael Jordan didn't even want to take the meeting with Nike. His mother had to force him to do it. Now he's a billionaire off the Jordan brand alone.

Sometimes it's just smarter to bet on yourself and take a higher royalty deal instead of some fixed salary.

Yup you’re right it totally makes more sense the school is choosing less money from Adidas than Nike is offering. You keep making yourself look like an idiot.

You were so overconfident we’d be going back to Nike, and every indication is that’s unlikely.

If Nike is gunna match what Adidas is paying in happy going back. Doubt it happens. All the bs you talk is irrelevant to expected $ each will pay, and more likely Adidas will be more. Let’s just hope this time around if we stay it’s 6-8 years max

I think everyone wants Nike
