everyone this year. They are using them to house half the freshmen. that allows them to only use HEcht and Stanford for the other half.

It's majority sophomores, but freshmen, juniors, and seniors are mixed in. The price is not worth it imo. 10k per semester is too much imo, that's 20k for realistically 8 months of housing. For 2.5k/month you can get nice off campus housing.
