I don’t doubt that he’s a solid coach but I can’t see him being a better hire on the surface than Surtain or even Cooper would have been. He’s safe

Under Rhump the first 2-3 years it wasn't much of a question mark. Once his poor recruiting started to show it fell off a cliff.

why lazy? Mario interviewed a bunch of guys. He's giving Guidry his guy. Do you think he'd do that if he found someone he liked better that was interesed in the job?

Did find this interesting per USA Today he was making 1/3 of what he has been payed previously to be Marshall’s Db coach.
