So now you have changed your entire argument.

You are abandoning the "UM used its own resources" nonsense, and going with "it's a waste of time" and you "disagree with their priorities". Even though, as per usual, you have offered NO EVIDENCE that UM supports, assists, or condones anything you have claimed.

So you don't like what individuals do on their own time, for their own employers (Greenberg Traurig).

You are going to vilify UM for something that Hilarie Bass, a UM alum, does for her (now former) employer.

And you are going to falsely claim that UM devoted "resources" to a private law firm. No evidence, just your false claims.

I got it. We see who and what you are. A liar.

LOL at this dude in here claiming as fact that UM donations go to making sure that *** child molesters can adopt kids and women can force their kids to get gender reassignment surgery. Then he spends 5 pages acting like his mad rantings are incontrovertible facts. Sounds like the birther kooks with their straight faced insane rambling.

That ain’t what Notre Dame’s AD did with Kelly after the 2017 season.

They bounced back big time after we waxed em.

Two programs went in completely different directions because one schools administration actually gives a fvck.

This is the example I keep turning too. Jack Swarbrick basically told Kelly to make major changes to the program, or lose his job. Kelly brought in a new offensive and defensive coordinator and strength coach, and they have three straight seasons of 10+ wins.

It matters when the guy at the top of the athletic department knows what the **** he's doing.
 
As for Barry's article, I actually read it from a "glass half full" viewpoint.

The board is already fed up with the BS Manny spewed. If he doesn't make changes, and the team struggles because of it, he's gone. That's a positive sign.

Exactly what I stated. The AD tells the HC to fix the problems, or the AD will replace the HC.
 
Diaz isn't firing anyone. In his mind the staff he handpicked needs time to make the adjustments. I think the loyalty is admirable but he will take it too far. If Miami had finished ranked #70 in 3rd down conversions, it would be putrid but you can understand sticking with your OC. Blame to go around- might be players fault, playcalling, or a combination of both. But when dead f@cking last- 130 out of 130 in 3rd down conversions it means the scheme is a total, complete and irreparable failure. The OC must be held accountable. But that's not going to happen. So how can Diaz still salvage the situation when we know he doesn't have the stones to fire Enos? We have to pray that some foolish G5 school wants Enos as a HC. Obviously he hasn't done anything to warrant it, but that's the best chance of getting a new OC.

The other way Diaz can save face is to split offensive playcalling duties into Run Coordinator and Pass Coordinator. Enos will still be the OC in title and can be the run coordinator. Then you bring in a spread guru to be the passing coordinator. Diaz spares Enos the embarrassment of a demotion or getting fired, but at the same time we get a new scheme that puts up points and makes Enos look good.
 
I’ll bottom line this. Lose to 3 of the worst teams in football—GT, FIU, and Puke—and everyone should be fired. Understanding that won’t happen, you better, at the very least, fix the most glaring problem—Penos.

You simply can’t do what he did this year and keep your job. It would be akin to retaining a chef who adorns every plate he sends out with a schmear of *****.

As much as I want to believe the offense will be better next year....GT, FIU and Duke. The last 2 games were horrible to watch. I think Enos is gone after the Bowl game. Don't like that there is no smoke right now.

Yeah.

That being said, if the AD won't do it, it sounds like there's enough members of the BOT who are tired of Manny's bull****. So if he's feeling that pressure, I'm confident he knows his *** is on the line and that changes are going to get made.

Ivins has hinted at that on his podcast. They're basically waiting for early signing period and then will make moves.
 
It's very simple. If Blake can't figure out if he should blame Enos for the playcalling or Manny for dictating the overall scheme, then you test the hypothesis by telling Manny to fire Enos and hire a guy who will run the spread effectively. If Manny continues to push for a slow-tempo ball-control offense, then you fire Manny in 11 months.

Let's hope so. If not, Manny is gone at the end of 2020, if not during the season.
