our work aint finished. we need to fly a "Bring Back Butch" banner on a daily basis.

As much as I'm a fan, this needs to be broader than Butch. Something like:

NOT ENOUGH MONEY FOR A TOP COACH? #PROVETHEMWRONG

Thought about this while reading one of the million articles out right now regurgitating the "we don't have the $" perception. I don't know one way or the other, but many people around here seem to think we have it but just don't want to spend it, at least not on football.

I think the theme needs to be about pushing the higher ups to do what needs to be done...and to stop pretending and/or hiding behind the perception that we have to buy from the discount section.

But definitely shift to a positive, the-fans-are-behind-you theme. Like let's shut everyone up, "all you have to do is pull the trigger" kind of vibe.

Kind of done with banners, tbh. We achieved our main goal. If we do fly a banner, direct it at these kids. They are what matter for the rest of the year. Kids have been through terrible coaching, home game attendance (I don't blame people for not going) and a lot of bull ****. If you fly something, do it for those kids.

This will work. Call them out for being cheap. The media will start asking questions about it.
