The raw material is there...............now the molding should take place for a multiyear QB that should make a big difference.
We have not seen that for years.......good luck to a QB with Cane attitude.......and he recognizes that if the fans are on your side it will make a difference.

The University of Miami’s newest elite quarterback said he doesn’t party, doesn’t have a girlfriend, doesn’t watch Netflix and doesn’t check out You Tube.

He reminds me a lot of our last 5 star QB. Tate Martell. Except he loved to party, dated an Instagram model, was on a Netflix show and would tweet during games.

The type of kid you recruit makes a difference..

Lol.. You really believe he doesn't party, doesn't have a girlfriend, etc.? And even if it were true, do you really believe that will be the case going forward now that he's at Suntan U, which hosts arguably the finest selection of international co-ed poontang in America? And where he's gonna be considered "The Man" from day 1 as a nationally recognized QB recruit?? Hats off to him if he could pull that off, but it would take a saint or the second coming of Jesus Christ himself to do so.

lol trust me man, id be partying like crazy and that's exactly why I'm typing on a message board an not playing pro ball (okay there are other reasons starting with the fact I was a 5'9 safety with tight hips)

But to become an NFL level QB you rarely make it being a party guy. Jalen Hurts is going to have a longer career than Johnny football. Thats not because of skill.

Couple things that stood out:
1. A quarterback at UM doesn’t have a girlfriend. That’s going to last about _____ seconds. Feel free to fill in the blank.
2. A person named Garcia who lives in Miami and doesn’t speak Spanish? That needs to change. Frankly, anyone who lives in Miami and doesn’t speak Spanish better learn. English is the 2nd language in Miami.

Even Nerdy, but Smart Dorsey had a GF...Didn't party...all he did was Study Gamefilm (like no ones business) and play Video games....

One of my good friends in law school was 100% Italian. She would go out to Publix and people working at the store would get mad at her for not speaking Spanish. This was the 90s, so maybe it's better now...or maybe not.

I'm East Indian and it happened to me numerous times in Miami in the late 80's/early 90"s; at the mall, at the bank, etc
