It appears CMR is allowing the DC to run his show, as this is another guy who has followed from MSU. Other than Coach Kool, the defensive assistants have very minimal experience. We'll see how they pan out, as just about anything is better than the previous defensive staff.

So just the DB and the safeties coaches don't have much experience. That may be why the job was split in half
