I am glad you called out the pair. Because they are both responsible for one another out there and man do they ******* stink. Terrible communication. They don't have a feel for spacing. Man, its rough to see, especially in those slow motion replays. Donaldson's feet slapping the ground like a walrus moving.
 
Yall should check out navaughn on that hail mary lol he almost tripped on himself trying to block someone

Unpopular opinion that I'm sure will get trashed.

If Nelson isn't improving and instead keeps getting worse:

Put Tommy Kennedy in instead of Nelson and let him get shell shocked and destroyed. The guy is a senior who is gone next year, let's destroy his confidence instead. I know he will somehow be worse (that's actually possible), but if Nelson is regressing then the whole idea of "letting him develop kind of falls apart.

Barry needs break some ncaa practice rules and go Jim Leavitt on this group. They’re an embarrassment this far. I didn’t think we could be worse than last year, welp, we are way worse.

He’s so bad it’s mind blowing. He’s so fat , slow and lacks any athletic ability. I’ve watched him completely miss on blocks at an unreal rate. Zion gets ripped ( rightfully so) but he actually has moments where he does flash, and plays well. He just has bad plays that are far more noticeable since he’s on an island by himself. Which draws far more attention. With zero help , unlike ND.

There’s too many plays with ND to count , where he completely misses , looks to help after missing then about trips over his feet trying to get to said help lol.

Just watch the Hail Mary replay , dude is running around like a wounded baby calf blocking nobody , then out of nowhere he about trips over his feet.

Unbelievable.
 
There’s not a single guy on the line that has been good. Scaife is our best and he’s been okay. There really is no excuse for line play this bad. The communication is the worst I’ve ever seen. I don’t think we’ve picked up one blitz properly this year. I’m not a big believer in firing coaches after one year but the line is so atrocious that butch Barry should definitely be gone after this year.
