Your ticket at +15000 is worth ~$3,600 so it is steep discount to get out of it, (still positive to you) but if the Canes do win it should increase in value again but perhaps by not much as OSU would be next. I think you have ascended most of the value curve… that is until Miami wins the natty

If you're gonna follow the "bet on A&M and lock in a profit" advice, keep in mind that this would only work if you cash out after the A&M game (assuming the Canes win). Otherwise you're out the money you bet on A&M and could also lose the original $500 if we don't beat OSU.

If this was me, no doubt I would let it ride. $2k If you cash out now, $75k if you let it ride and we win the natty. $2k x 37.5 = $75k, so basically cashing out now is only profitable long-term if you think the Canes wouldn't win this thing even once if we ran it 37 times. That seems unfathomable...I'd estimate we take it home at least 5-10 times in that sample size, and that number probably goes up depending on how we look in 2 weeks. There are no juggernauts in the field & we're coming in with a full head of steam. And Malachi Toney's a bad MF. Might be the best player in the playoffs. I think he'll shine.

Depends what $500 means to you I guess cuz the 2000 is just air regardless. If it was me I would most definitely be letting that ride because honestly I think we are one of three possibly four teams that I could see winning clearly. Just comes down to if we get by Texas a&m for yet by Texas a&m I think we have a very good shot to win it. On top of the fact if we get past Texas a&m that 2000 will probably be 5 to 6,000.

If and when we beat A&M, depending on how we look, the odds should move to around +1000. If it was me, I would hedge my bet with A&M ML for $1000. Your cash out option will be +|- $7K after A&M.
