Need for Diversity on Both Sides

Hate to bring politics into it but I think relevant to topic. I recall reading an article about why blacks voted for Obama twice. Most admitted he did very little to improve their lot economically but voted for him regardless because they related to him, felt pride in a person of color achieving presidency, etc. And they probably would have voted for him a 3rd time if possible. Diversity for sake of diversity is short sighted. Get people who will actually improve things for players and increase their opportunities for success and not just there to fill some emotional vacuum.
You’re talking about the first black president in the history of our racist country as an example of bad affirmative action?

You could make the exact same argument for literally every White president ever & the people that voted for them.

This literally had nothing to do with the discussion at all, you just wanted to throw that in there to make some generalized statement about Black people smh lol.

Tag him right **** breath @Ecush

Yeah, you’re wrong again per usual. @stevehick he’s a dumb son.

The argument can apply to whites too, but how is that relevant to the discussion? Is the OP saying we should hire more white coaches to recruit the inner city?
