Anyways. Anyone want Colorado with 16.5? Than king immediately puts the second snap on the turf. Lol. Still plays out the same I think

MY MAN IS SO OVERHYPED RIGHT NOW AND OLD BOY WITH THE COLTS AINT DOING HIM ANY FAVORS MOVING FORWARD.

Lord are you right today. Arch looks like ****. You can clearly tell sark isn't comfortable with calling plays for him yet. Gotta be a reason for that and against a defense like this you can't afford to just open up the playbook. This pick he just threw shows why. Guess we'll both see if either of them proves us wrong. Saying looks a lot more comfortable here but they're really limiting the playbook for him too.

Yeah, George Halas is calling this game plan conservative as ****.
 
The Raiola hate train is hilarious & par for the course.

He completed 78% of his passes with 2TD's & no turnovers in a low scoring Defensive matchup with a run heavy gameplan. Dana Holgorsen is historically a sh*tty play caller & it's not Neb is loaded with talent, but even so still Dylan multiple key drives that won them the game.

In comparison to quite a few other QB's this weekend, I'd imagine that most of those teams would trade DR's performance vs how their QB played.

But I get it, I occupy so much tax free real estate inside the minds of the peanut gallery that people are thirsty to prove me wrong about a QB.

He didn't have a perfect game, but to say he didn't play well at all, or that he looked bad is just alternate reality viewing.

There have maybe been 1 or 2 QB's thus far that have even played up to this standard vs a P4 team that yall seemed to have set, but it's just so much easier to go with the hive-mind than to actually analyze the game.

Just try to remember that unfortunately, entire seasons aren't played in one game...

I'm assuming this comment was about me since I'm the one who said I don't get the hype and I think he's overrated. Not gonna say much here other than I've never said he's complete trash or hate his game etc. I just have stated multiple times dating back to last season that he has done nothing to deserve the hype he gets much like dj lagway, as @gogeta4 pointed out much like Arch manning & quite a few others. I've stated for several seasons I think clubnik is hot trash, nussmier has his moments but overall he doesn't impress me, drew allar doesn't impress me, virtually every QB you mentioned in this I think is just basic par to the numbers they put up. All the same to throw the rest of those comments out is simply being disingenuous. You said it was a run heavy game like he didn't get plenty of opportunities. Brother the man threw the ball 42 times they ran the ball 35 times I'd say they gave him plenty of opportunities to have his game. Now if you would've said they called a conservative game I'd take no issue with what you said. I'd say that is a typical matte rule kind of game. But nothing about that game was run heavy when he had more passing attempts than his entire team had runs and he averaged 5 yards of completion please don't act like that is a good game. To get that kind of hype you should not be throwing essentially check downs throughout the entirety of a game. He didn't have many incompletions and he didn't turn the ball over so he did his job. But is not turning the ball over, doing his job, in eeking out a win against the team that if he's anywhere near as good as they say they should have blown out something worth celebrating? The man had an average game call a spade a spade. Again this isn't to say that's who he is and he's not going to be any good. I don't know if you will or not just like with Arch Manning I don't know if he will or not. Plenty will recall I said in high school that I thought Arch Manning was very overrated. Last year he had moments that impressed me. Today he looked like trash and I already stated that. This ain't got nothing to do with an individual player being riola if you get all kinds of hype and you aren't living up to it then call it what it is.

It wasn't about you, it was for the entire thread. All of yall were in here going overboard acting as if he was playing terrible & that's just not true.

He didn't take many deep shots because his OLine had him under pressure for most of the game & Holgorsen wasn't really calling for the deep ball.

I didn't say he played great, but reading this thread you would think he had 3INT's on 56% passing or something & it was the complete opposite.

People were just foaming at the mouth to say he sucks, but again, compare what he did on his debut vs about 8 or 9 other QB's in their season debuts this weekend vs P4 teams & it stacks up completely different than what the reactions were in this thread.

@gogeta4 I had to circle back on this. I apologize my brother. Good Lord you were right. Arch atleast as of now just sucks. Both him and lagway are gonna get benched at this rate. Both might somehow turn into all world players eventually. But right now neither should be starting.
