And you realize that all the bowl money gets split up between the entire conference, right?

Let's not act like we just made an extra $2.5 million. The conference gets paid for all its bowl teams no matter what, and then we divide the cash.

I'm just pointing out that (a) UM would have sold more tickets and had more fans in attendance [Gasparilla vs. Sun] and (b) it is always great to have another game against the hated Gaytors.
