No doubt at all NCAA wants a #1 Alabama #4 ND semi final matchup for the ratings. People think it's peddling conspiracy theories to say NCAA is manipulating games, but the pac 12 replay scandal pulled back the curtain. Conference and NCAA execs have their thumbs on the scales.
