NCAA wants a piece of Old ****

You mean the top prospects in the nation don't want to go to Ole Miss because they genuinely love the school?

I wonder the odds of a huge scandal tell all story coming out about all the alabama dirt after saban is retired, that would be epic but probably wont happen though. the auburn players went on hbo and confirmed the duffle bag drop offs and nothing came of it.
 
A lot of people are hoping the kids they interview from other schools do whatever they can to throw Ole Miss under the bus. I hope they are all very straightforward about what happened in their recruitment, because everyone knows what Ole Miss has been up to. It's obvious.

All the NCAA needs to hear is some recruiting stories that line up across every former recruit that they interview. The only thing that could ruin this is kids making up **** and the NCAA can't link any similarities.

Ole Miss is hoping they all slander the **** out of them and make up stuff that can't be proven so they can get out of this without a scratch.

There's 2 thoughts here on the immunity for former Old **** recruits. One is that the SEC competitors will encourage the players to be honest or even to exaggerate in order to bury a league competitor.

The other thought is this: If you turned down $50k from Old ****, then what did Miss State have to give you to get you to sign there?
 
Just wondering what could potentially happen to these other schools from where these kids are being interviewed? **** just doesn't make sense:

NCAA: "what did ole miss offer you to play for them?"
Player: "10,000 and a new car"
NCAA: "so why did you sign with Alabama?"
Player: "....I love Bama"

Yeah ******* right. If Ole Miss goes down for this, and they should, they should be letting the NCAA talk to all their kids about the **** these other SEC schools offered their kids to play there.... but this will most likely be nothing.

I think they already have enough to bury Mississippi, they're looking for dirt on other programs under the guise of "immunity" if you rat out Ole ****. This is a classic interrogation tactic. We'll lull you into a false sense of security by giving you and your boys "immunity" and we'll encourage you to tell us everything you know from your entire recruitment, if a half-tard football player should accidentally slip and give up info involving another program as well, that's more fuel for the fire. Look at Tunsil, he blatantly told a random reporter he was getting paid. You think it would be hard to get some other football players to "accidentally" admit to receiving benefits from other schools?

That's why I think the other sec teams will encourage the players being interviewed to deny receiving anything from Old ****. The inclination to bury Old **** will be consumed by the desire to keep the NCAA from asking "Why'd you go to Alabama if Old **** was offering you $50k?".
 
They are going to get absolutely buried. I live about 45 minutes from Oxford and these Ole Miss fans have absolutely no worries in the world about this. It's incredible.
 
They need to be careful if they start trying to dig like that. Ole Miss is not the only school with bagmen, and if they took if from Ole Miss, they took it from other schools. They might exposed the whole conference. Kids going to rival schools are going to start ratting out other schools' practices. Tunsil already admitted it on camera, and the NCAA and SEC can't make that go away, so Old Miss is going to catch most of it, but the other schools could catch some of this too.

Chooses to go scorched earth? I wish but that's never going to happen. Too much money at stake. Their silence will be bought then they will obediently stick their heads in the noose.
