Was going to ask if anyone was feeling as ****ed off about this as I am. For me personally, it would be a ****ing honor to have my likeness in a video game played world wide but that's just me and not some college bust that wants some money any way they can get it since they didn't make it to the bigs and didn't use their free education to fall back on.
I agree, EXCEPT for the ncaa making money off them. That sucks. Hard to accept colleges pretending about students and then grabbing every penny they can. Maybe take the money and use it for medical and disability for players who get hurt and never make it to pros. I don't mind it being used to the benefit of the players, but it should not be paid to the players. I don't feel sorry for any of the actors in this drama -- schools, ncaa, players, none of them. The schools and ncaa are blood suckers and the players are getting free ride. I worked my way through school and paid tuition out of my own pocket. Yeah, the practice and work out, but that is also for their future career in NFL-they hope. Tossing letters at the post office all night long did nothing for my career and neither did teaching math teenagers -- it just paid my tuition. Maybe they could use the money to give free parking to the fans at the game. Nay, wouldn't want to give the suckers, I mean, fans anything.
