NC State v. Clemson

In two weeks, the Wolpack travel to Clemson for an afternoon tilt. Has anyone seen NC State play this year? I know they have a solid QB in Finley. Their game against West Virginia was cancelled because of hurricane. How much of a threat are they to Clemson?

Well they have Kelvin Harmon(very unknown miss by the staff) who’s probably their best playmaker by a huge margin. He’s probably a top round guy who’s probably going to grade as a top 3-4 WR heading towards the draft. Finley obviously is one of the top QB’s in the draft. Darian Roseboro is another guy who’s gonna be drafted on the interior. They also have a really good line headed by probably the best center in the country. If they sleep walk in this game they’ll lose

What about State's defense vs the Tigers running game? Can they hold up?

I think Miami tried getting him last minute. It was the 2016 class so Richt and Co. had very little time to close out the class.

We did. They apparently didn’t have a spot for him. We had one for Sam Bruce though...

I don’t agree with that.
If we win out, and that includes winning the ACCCG. We will go to the CFBP with 1 losing coming to a team that will finish 8-4/9-3(LSU).

Now of course if Clemson loses 5 games and we beat them in the ACCCG then that won’t help but I don’t expect Clemson to bottom out like that. Worst case they lose maybe 2 with the freshman but that’s absolute worst case. Now if we lose 2 games but still win the ACC then we probably won’t get in but if we win out it will be hard to keep us out. JMO. Obviously way ahead of myself and irrelevant to talk about now. A lot will happen before we get to that discussion.
