Nay'Quan Wright

Hard to blame the staff here. They didn’t need a bunch of RBs, they dialed in on one under the radar, they got a commitment and then **** hit the fan

This. RB crooting hit the fan....

Sad that guys like McIntosh have no problem being UGAs 5th or 6th option yet wright feels hurt and disrespected

Dawg take your scholly get on the squad and ball out

People must not remember that 'Quan was considered one of the best players in the nation when he was playing for FBU. Dude was an absolute monster. His body hasn't grown like the guys around him so he's a little smaller but still has the same ability. Back in 2014 I thought he was a "must get" and now his hype has died down a bit after his stellar freshman year and injury...But still think he's going to be really good in college. Would suck if we really can't pull him in.

That’s awesome but there is millions of stories of kids being all world as 14 year olds mostly due to hitting their growth spurts or whatever the case before their peers... Wright has been a very good RB but not better than our top choices. Being realistic

You need to tighten up bro!

You and me both bro

I've been a fan of his for a while as well, but this staff doesn't make conditional offers and I suppose they felt they didn't have a spot at the time with Crowley on board. That said, respect to Trajan Bandy who got over all the nonsense and really wanted to be Hurricane.

There is a weight limit for players who can progress the ball in FBU. For instance, Daniel Carter had to play defense throughout the season because he was considered "over weight" for an offensive skill position player. In other words, Quan was punking people bigger than him. I maintain my opinion that Wright is one of the better backs of this class. I haven't watched all of the RBs of this class play, but I'd put him in the top 10. Definitely think he's a better RB than McIntosh who is #10 himself.

Much respect to Bandy for being a man instead of a teenage girl all in her feelings.

IMO, you need to get one every year. There are plenty in the area and region where you have to like more than one.

I really think constantly bringing in something fresh and someone to push the current rostered players is just imperative to success. No one can get complacent. It lifts the bottom of the roster up at bare minimum. Everyone gets pushed.

Hes better than the s.fla rb that just committed to uga honestly. But i understand if they dont bring in a back if they use the scholly on additional linemanand process a few guys off the roster. I would trade a Nayquan fora Malcolm Ray though i dont think. We have a chance with Nayquan unless it's like a full on press
