Navaughn Donaldson

The current probability of making a 53 in the NFL is zero. Hoping he can develop and we get the pleasure of seeing that development

Freshman AA at RG three years ago. The kind of player who should be dominating this season, an AA candidate, and future high-round pick. Instead he’s a future UFA.

Typical at um our best players regress once in our program. I DONT BLAME “south Florida divas” for not coming here. Their divas but they go to those other schools and get better, come to us and get worse.

I remember there was a back and forth with him and fans making fun of his weight when he signed with miami and here we are 3 years later and he's still as fat as he was then.

He is smaller than he was then. Donaldson was legit like 380 when he signed.

This man is not a good football player. You can't convince me he is. I dare you to show me this man is good at football. I dare you. This man was letting some of the most unathletic interior defensive linemen I've ever seen at the division one football bowl subdivision level of football pirouette around him before he even dropped one step in his pass set. This man is a JUNIOR.

I would be insulted as a paying fan by the effort I saw on the field today from most of the team, Donaldson included...but, I am unsure if his slow feet was lethargy or him playing at full speed. Paint dries faster than this guy gets out of his stance. Sloths move their feet with more vigor. He's a dancing bear after it smoked some of the couch lock'iest strain of weeduh the world knows. **** is in comical slow motion with him.

Hey, Navaughn...catch this pie, man.

No he is not getting proper training or coaching, Georgia’s offense look big but not flabby like Donaldson. I bet that kids like what did I do coming to this isht show!!!

Wow. You're delusional bro. I know this may be a revelation for you, but the bottom line is not all highly rated south fla players are good. I don't care where Navaughn plays, he's not going to be good anywhere. Wisconsin's & BC's 2 star linemen would wipe the floor with his fat ***. You're really sitting here and trying to blame his fat, mushy *** on the coaches?? FOH

You may be right, I’m just saying it’s typical Miami over the past two decades. Kid come in here highly rated, everyone in America wants them and they underperform. Yet other highly rated south FLORIDA kids go elsewhere and they get to the league!

Typical Miami player come in with everyone in America wanting you and you don’t develop at all. He look sleep and fat, and the plays they had him run didn’t help. Not made at Cleveland reed!!!
I'm sure thats every single player thats come here's fault and not the corches.

I've defended the kid....but Zion looked pretty bad today as well.

There was a series of plays in the game where Clark, Gaynor, Donaldson, and Nelson got worked by a different CMU in comical fashion in successive order like it was someone ******* around on a piano and just running their fingers over the keys.

Today's game man, you couldn't write works of fiction before the game that expressed some of the comedy in this game from the Miami Hurricanes.

The whole o-line is suspect
Maybe or perhaps the coaching sucks and Cleveland was like **** this ****, I should be playing.Just speculation... The bye week will tell a lot if this staff can reevaluate and get this **** turned around.

That's true also. But the narrative that highly rated recruits don't develop & reach their potential only because of coaching & support staff is incorrect. They also don't develop & play well because they're simply not that good. Which is why I repeatedly try to implore the idiots on this forum, to focus on talent evaluations & assessments, instead of recruiting rankings & stars.

Your last sentence has rattled around my grey matter as well. Lawrence Cager looks like a different player at Georgia. Kids come here and just regress. Jerry Juedy is a stud, Would Mark Pope look different somewhere else? I don’t know, but it begs the question....

There is another thread about Jeff Thomas, I was about to say something there. Kid doesn’t look the same. One would have thought he would be killing it on special teams and wr, I get it that jarren is missing him as the we, but man his punt and kick returns live a lot to be desired!

They look like a team playing for nothing. Just my opinion. Some kids may think they are better than they actually are and I think this is just the norm moving forward. They (UM/BC for my local ACC suck bag team) get ACC money, stay clean and call it a day. This is an observation that may get the masses in a fury. Schools seem to be really progressive. Athletics may be looked at as barbaric so they take the loot but deemphasize the winning part. Just a theory with zero basis or fact. Go easy on me angry mob. Just an idea. We lose our ***** and they laugh all the way to the bank.

He looked good against Florida. But maybe that was merely in comparison to the turnstiles on either side of him.

I'm not going to overreact. There are plenty of sharp personnel analysts who like this guy. But he's another example of our comical conditioning program when it comes to offensive linemen. I always look for them in the snack aisle at Aldi.

Wisconsin offensive linemen are dependably identical year after year. So are the Canes.

Actually I thought the most amusing play today was our first touchdown. It wasn't Donaldson. I think it was Clark who got shoved backwards on that 4th down play. It was blown up so badly that Dallas was able to spin and deflect off Clark's back. That enabled him to bounce slightly outside and fight into the end zone. But if Clark is merely stalemated and doesn't give Dallas his back as a spin board, that play is stuffed also. Who knows how that game unfolds if we don't score there.
