The funny thing is- prices are going up but the number of listings isn’t really changing.

Something weird going on
Actually, nothing really weird going on. A lot of the listings are shadow listings that are made to look really high to help brokers tickets that are priced lower look better for all of the algorithm. I could pretty much assure you that if you see under StubHub any listings and you see 9000 listings that there are not 9000 overall actual listings available on StubHub.

There is also usually for premium events a last wave of tickets. The brokers put on a few days ahead like this. But the fact that the tickets floor is staying pretty steady or even rising is an indication that it's unlikely to crash based off of past history and literally spending hours researching this **** out of curiosity and work related experience. I hope for the benefit of a lot of people here that that turns out to be wrong and you can get in with just selling an arm instead of selling an arm and a leg.

That’s why I bought mine just now.

Even if they dip, with this surge, they likely just dip down to where they were this morning?

Regardless, the stress is off my shoulders - at least until the credit card bill arrives.

No idea. Last-minute flights won't be cheap, so I have to believe they either start driving on Saturday OR aren't coming.
I saw the other day that the highest price for last years tickets for ND-OSU was the day of the game...they skyrocketed actually...ugh.

4 days before last year's game, get in price was $2200 and average price was 2600. Get in price as of now is around $3500!!!
