People blaming the CFP, the ticket office, whatever...

as if this is not an issue nation wide with tickets for major and minor events. The industry is full of scams, scallewags, and scoundrels. It is one of the most corrupt industries in America and think of the ground that covers. Now this just lands a bit too close to home for The U.

Sucks ***. Wish it was 80K strong of Miami fans partying for 60 minutes as we celebrate #6 without having to skip a mortgage payment or two to do so.

Games gone, but its been gone for a long time.

What number did you call? My tickets and now my parking pass are missing, even though it says both should be in there.
 
how did you guys get them in the CFP app? I opened the, linked my ticketmaster account to it, and it shows that I have CFP and parking pass under "My events" but when I click on each to "View Tickets" nothing loads.

edit - nvm, I see them now. maybe just needed some time to sync up.

I know quite a few season ticketholders who made mistakes on their order forms who were NOT given the opportunity to fix those mistakes, even though tickets remained at the time they notice their mistakes. And the reason that the UM Athletic Department could not fix mistakes and oversights is because the CFP would not allow it.

The CFP policies have been confusing and contradictory for weeks. AS WE SPEAK, the CFP cannot properly communicate whether people WILL or WILL NOT be allowed into parking areas without a game ticket. This is beyond ridiculous for the organizers of an event that is becoming almost as big of a deal as the Super Bowl.

So don't slime onto this thread to tell Season Ticket Holders and Hurricane Club Members how they are "next level retarded". Get the **** out of here with that bull****.

The UM Athletic Department could have been clearer in its initial guidance, and made more of an effort to communicate the opportunities and deadlines, instead of sending out one (ONE!) e-mail.

And the CFP has been an absolute ******* mystery to deal with. Horrible. The worst.

On top of all this, the CFP is making **** up as they go along. They retroactively changed the parking pass purchase rules. Then they used the new rule as justification to cancel a bunch of people's legitimately purchased parking passes, many of which were being purchased to set up group tailgates. None of the passes they ripped away made it back to the open market. I fully expect Monday's parking situation to be a total ****show.

found them. thanks. absolutely no instructions from the ticket office on how to access my tickets worth 16,000 dollars. not that I am selling but a little dicey to have to worry about such valuable tickets.

Just in case this is helpful for anyone else in a similar situation… I didn’t realize these were going to download straight into a Ticketmaster account associated with your hurricane club account email. I thought it would be more of an email saying they were ready. My Ticketmaster account doesn’t use that email so it was an interesting past couple of hours trying to figure things out. Had to call their help line a couple times but finally have them now.

It's not TicketMaster.

It is the CFBPlayoff app on your phone. Look it up EXACTLY how I spelled it, and then download it.

Once you LINK it to TicketMaster, your tickets should show up. IN THE CFBPLAYOFF APP.

Agree, but you need to be able to login to your Ticketmaster account to then link it to the CFP app. Otherwise your ticket doesn't show up on the CFP app.

Definitely, I was getting worried as well when I didn't see it on the computer. I called and they weren't helpful at all - just said "they should appear by EOD"

And if it doesn’t come up right away, give it a minute. I had issues earlier, and it was just grayed out, but if you are patient it should come up eventually.
