I just checked Ticketmaster more upper. Deck are available but none on the northwest side which these tickets are.

Look, I might not like this exact one for this very small allocation, but it's not the tickets office fault if you didn't see the email if you were a donor or season ticket holder, you would've gotten your ticket request if you put it in with maybe a very few exceptions of ***** ups. And if you're now donating, we weren't there earlier supporting the program I'm sorry I understand that everybody has the means and it's expensive but they of course you take care of people who taken care of the program as well. In fact, this might be the most open way they've done anything.

You can support the university by going to games individually which is not rewarded in this system and costs more money. Not doing that doesn’t mean lack of support

There will always be people upset.

But there will be less people upset if things are done in a manner where the older tickets holds are rewarded first. You take care of your older customers first.

AS a tech nerd, this was a really bad execution.

They didn't even need to communicate with the world. Simply, use an email queue of 100 people at a time based on the value to the athletic department. They would have missed out on some donations, but ******* over lifetime donors and ticket holders is far worse.

Tried explaining this to some St. JOhn's fans that swore striking while the iron is hot was the way. It is, just can't **** over your loyal fanbase.

Because when that iron cools off, you'll have what left?

That's right, the die hards, the loyal guys.
