It blows my mind that there were season ticket holders that didn't request Natty tickets. Made no sense. The game is at home. Payment doesn't come out until tickets are confirmed AND we had to make it that far. There was no downside.

Simple for me - I didnt see the email, or I simply trashed it.

I would have easily reserved 4 seats, but had zero clue I could. And Ive had season tickets for over 15 years.

I get so many emails from the Hurricanes I unfortunately ignored it until it was brought to my attention and it was too late. That is on me though.

My parents never got one. Normally I would be on here and have let them know, but was underwater at work and home at the time. They are not the only season ticket/club members that did not get an email.

Is this the total amount of HC donors (10247) or just the number of donors in your particular tier/level and your associated rank within that level?

thats total donors- then you get ranked by points within your tier USUALLY. may not apply here for this SECOND Wave onsale, though they know who everyone is in the background

the fact we have a w aiting room queue most likely means its first come first serve luck of draw and timing
