National Championship Tickets

I renewed my season tickets to get the earlier time slot.

They should have created three time slots:

1. Priority to renewing season ticket holders

2. Then, honor 2025 STHs

3. Finally, the 2026 STHs

~ The University rolled this out like a bunch of morons. Seems like the most loyal fans are being lumped in with newcomers, and that's ****ed up.
Unpopular take but they are capitalizing on our success. More HC donations. More STH.

2025 STH and HC had their chance.

We are now 35+ pages into a subject that is really very simple.

We only got 20,000 tickets, so who is going to get those limited number tickets? Big donors and those of us that have been season ticket holders and HC members for DECADES.

I have no inside info, but logic says that whatever few tickets are left go to my point above who hadnt already requested tickets.

how do you see that? im a club member also but like I said.. 2025 club members should have priority still over 2026 even if they missed out on asking for tickets.

I have had 6 people ask me for tickets I haven't talked to in years... sorry go buy season tickets and pray.. im hoping to grab 2 more tickets as I have 3 season tickets and only got 2 for this game.
Ok - when the original email came out from the ticket office (I believe it was December 7th, if I remember correctly, depending on your tier and rank, you could request I believe anywhere from 4-6 tickets or something like that.

I have 2 season tickets and I could’ve requested anywhere from 1-4 tickets per round.

I am kicking myself now because I went against my better judgement and only ordered 2 due to the costs and having lived in Miami for a long time, I should’ve known that if we made it to the final, tickets were going to be insane.

This new ticket opportunity is for 2 tickets Max regardless of how many tickets or level you are so I don’t think you are accurate when it comes to the original ticket request but maybe not. Go back to the Dec 7th email and it will show you.

its first come first serve for each priority group. it doesn't matter what your rank is within each priority group.

For everyone looking to the secondary markets I suggest you read this and also be aware of ticket IQ

The track and publish great articles about ticketing including expectations and you will see that this game from their point of view is not like others.

separately it is another place to buy tickets fee free between parties

Let's hope the crowd is closer to 50-50 than 60-40 or 70-30.
I would be ****ed if we didn’t have a home field advantage with 60-40/70-30. Indiana has to pay to travel which is likely $1000 more per person. Miami fans should have also purchased most of the parking which adds another $500-1000 for a car.

One would hope. I remember going to the 95 OB against NU and that was probably a 60/40 or 50/50 split at best.

Did you see the Peach bowl? It was like 95-5 IU.

I think its going to be 30/70 at best. Indiana travels and spends well, and the corporate types will lean towards the cinderella story. Having written that, we have won 5 straight road games in much worse environments, we wont care what the ratio is.
