National Championship Tickets

Weird. I got confirmation for north sideline club at $1400, but ended up with sideline club at $1100. Anyone know why?

When did you get confirmation on the $1400 seats? That's what I requested, but I was never confirmed IN THAT SECTION. I was confirmed, last night, in the $1100 section.

I don't know if this "changed" in the past month, but the CFP has SPLIT the away sideline down the middle, giving half of Section 118 to each team, while Miami gets 117 and the other team gets 119.

Thus, there were half (less than half, once you factor out the "VIP seats" at the front of 118) the "Lexus North Sideline Club" available to UM fans than I expected, based on the description that was sent in the early December e-mail.

I never thought the championship was possible this year. For future reference did they originally start selling tickets to championship game when they announce playoff teams? Or were they for sale before then?

In order to get Natty tickets BEFORE teams are announced, you have to buy them in tandem with the Orange Bowl Classic tix. So you must commit to two games (pricing-wise).

From the seating map, it looks like they sold (a bit less than) half the stadium in advance, and then are giving each team about 30% each for the stadium.

Good news, we own the West End Zone!

Miami has the red seats:

Who did they sell them too?

Yes, I got a confirmation with a total cost for 4 tickets in north club level the day tickets were available. Your explanation makes sense, however. And thank you.

We're in 107 which was the only section I didn't really want just because the seats don't face the field. Probably not upgrading though because of price.

Please stop.

The Lexus North Sideline Club is ONLY Sections 117 to 119. Period. Calling Sections 116 and 115 is a marketing lie. You cannot get to the Lexus North Sideline Club from the other sections. The doors are at the bottom of the stairs ONLY in Sections 117-119.

And even if they figured out some trick to hand out triple the normal number of wristbands, and provide us with special velvet-rope lines to get to the doors, I would not want to go.

The Lexus Club can get overcrowded even during normal games, there is no way to jam in 3 times the normal number unless you want to kill people.

Nope. The $1,100 “club” seats will have no “club amenities”. Sorry if anyone thought otherwise.
I wonder if there's a class action lawsuit for that lol

I was thinking possibly the sideline club tickets would have been in the 200 level.
