National Championship Tickets

Well what most are complaining about is that the first of 2 ticket sales today are going to 2026 HC members

So IU fans obviously got wind of that and the HC club members went up by 2x since then (4400 to around 10k)

First of all, it is not true that Indiana fans account for the increase. This is the NORMAL TIME that people start to renew season tix and Hurricane Club contribution. Over the years, based on my attention span, I have renewed my HC contribution as late as May, or as early as December on the installment plan. Therefore, the INCREASE is just a factor of normal renewals. I believe that the rankings, last year, were based on a number that was between 8,000 and 9,000. So this seems like the normal "increase" that Miami gets when we "are good again".

Second, as @Wake_Cane has pointed out, UM has awareness of (and defenses to) potential manipulation. Let's not forget, many Athletic Departments (such as UM's and F$U's) are outsourcing certain functions to Legends. So, many of our schools have similar systems and similar processes.

This is not a situation where thousands of tickets from the UM allotment are being released to Indiana fans. Besides, the very few tickets sold today will be in the upper deck west end zone.

Tx got it. I am just totally confused with the process.

Let me ask you if you know. How do we find out if we got the seats?

At noon, the system opens. You will be able to choose a quantity, 1 or 2. Then you click submit or whatever the button says. If it gives you seat locations and the option to pay, you pay very quickly. If they're gone, it will tell you that it's sold out.

Now I get it. Thank you

What yall think is better? Desktop or phone?
whatever has the most stable internet connection--just need to make sure you don't lose your connection.

You're going to get assigned a random spot in the ticket line when it opens at 12pm. If you get a spot close to the front, you might have a chance. I'm guessing there's about 2500 tickets being released. At a max of 2 per person, that's 1250 people getting tickets out of 10,000 or so that will try. Not good odds, but not the worst.

Yeah makes sense and good to know

I didn't receive an email this morning and I donated last week. Maybe they thought I was a Hoosier fan? Although I used to donate yearly before having kids and when they were young

I emailed them to ask about it... we'll see if I get a response (they were responsive to previous emails)

im surprised they lumped in people who simply donated $100 for 2026 HC with those who are 2026 season ticket holders for that noon time slot.

2026 season ticket holders should have been prioritized over a onetime $100 donation.
