National Championship Game Schedule of Events

Doubtful, and certainly not enforceable.
After the embarrassment and fiasco of Copa America final at Hard Rock in 2024, where the stadium failed to enforce the no game ticket-no tailgate rule, pretty certain that they will attempt to enforce this rule. Difficult to enforce, yes; but can certainly cause delays entering stadium and make it uncomfortable to unticketed guests

What happened?

Curious what they define as the "campus" and how many people they'll have checking tickets and my God that will bog everything down

My buddy and I cant afford the 3,000-dollar nosebleeds so 3 minutes after the game ended, we tried to get as close as possible with an orange lot parking pass for $220, and they sold from out under me as I had them "locked in for 7 min for purchase" (Ticketmaster). So, I tried again instantly, and they shot up to $330. Tried to buy it and same thing they sold. I moved to the Yellow Lot Parking and secured a pass for 180.00.

Weve been to countless Canes games and we are obviously NOT going into the game but had to come down (buddy flying in from Bama then were driving down from Brevard) to be with our brethren/sisters Canes family and just take in the entire environment.

Question for anyone who knows what the "Hardrock stadium campus" consists of: Will we be able to walk from the yellow lot (kind of sucks outskirts) into the thicker tailgating area (orange lots) to join our fellow Cane tailgaters DURING THE GAME with their big screen TVs and cookout grills without an actual game entrance ticket?

If anyone is tailgating in the yellow or orange lots and has the tv set up for the entire game DM me so we can swing by and provide whatever is needed (food drinks games anything!)
So excited this work week is going to be brutally slow :ibis-roflmao-sm3:

This has been done before with big games after the FSU fiasco a number of years ago.

the stadium wasnt in charge of security. fifa or whatever it is for copa refused HRS's help with security and as a result the mess happened. they even got so cheap they called in less cops than what you have for a fins/canes game.

I called HRS today and the individual I spoke with stated that parking enforcement will be taking place and you must have a game ticket. This can be all smoke perhaps but certainly much confusion out there..

Hope it clears up in the next few days.

honestly, im for it. i do not want to deal with kicking annoying ****ers out of my section who are trying to sneak into a stadium w no ticket and taking up space they were too cheap to pay for.

thats what happened with Copa.

no ticket, no entry is what im for esp for this game.

was informed today that city national bank is NOT having an event because this is NOT a miami home game. i guess i am going to have to pay for stone crabs myself.

anyways, the announcement below will affect my friend, the legend @Empirical Cane

i agree. it is unconstitutional. i suggest we sue in circus court in miami and we obtain an injunction prohibiting the implementation of the rule.

i will post a gofundme account to cover the legal fees and costs.
Throw in a civil rights violation and accuse them of discriminating against UM’s minority-majority fanbase, and you might have something. 😉
