He really likes UM and will be visiting with Sam Bruce 2nd weekend of january. Dad would like him to stay home though. We'll see

I spoke to him today briefly but I think he's staying pretty open minded about it. He really wants to come down and see what Miami is like. His dad defintely wants him to stay home but it's his decision to make. I think time is our friend here. Coaches need to come up and visit though. Everybody and their brother is coming by to see him.
 
Visiting Michigan this weekend, I don't think I ever seen somebodys recruitment skyrocket within such a short time. While it maybe costly for us its great to see the work he put in be recognized.

Jedd Fisch came by Wednesday and is recruiting him to Michigan. He came over and sat down and hung out with me after his visit with Nate. Good guy and we talked Canes football for a little bit. He's coming back with Harbaugh is January. By the way I don't think he likes D'Onofrio at all lol. Also didn't know he was from Jersey.

What about a different Johnson. Brandon Johnson from Heritage. Charles Johnson's kid. Of course Golden did nothing at that school, which is coached by Mike Rumph, a ******* Hurricane champ, which shows how terrible he is. I digress. Sites say Georgia offered. Make a move on him or on one of his teammates. How the **** man, that school should be a pipeline as long as Rumph is there

Brandon Johnson shouldn't be coveted as much as Victor, McDoom, Nixon, or Young, IMO. Think Nate Johnson's a better player than him, too.
 
This is why Recruiting is crazy. all the analyst pick Tenn once they offered and he committed to Michigan with only 2 days of recruitment. lets see what offers go out from Richt and see if we can pull anyone.
 
The kid can play, I was at that game and he was a one man show and tough. The thing that impressed me was "no drops" even when going across the middle, fearless kid. Hard to gauge his speed, Brentwood is usually strong fundamentally with Crawford's teams, but not that fast. Clearly, a good possession receiver, but not sure how fast he really is against a good CB.

Johnson looks good and polished. Speed can maybe improve. But he looks like someone that can contribute right away.
