He went 77 and 13 in 7 consecutive seasons. One of those seasons was a perfect 13 and 0 record. He has a 129 and 45 record in 14 seasons. His resume reminds me of our current head basketball coach Jim Larranaga. Who can hand his Wikipedia page directly into Blake James hands? Is Miami serious about winning championships? If they are, paying him 5 million a year will be no problem. Just do it Miami. We win the Acc title next season and National title, within 3 years, with this man running the show.

I know a guy that went 60-15 in 6 consecutive seasons with a stretch of 24-1 in there.....
 
For the love of God.....why the fvck you think Patterson would come here????????? If he turned down UT what makes you think he would come to Miami for less than what he could have made, for ****ty fans, empty stadium, admin that will always go cheap, this list could go on. Lets just bring in Rex Ryan....he is probably going to be available next year

Just sell Patterson on his own 425 system. He modeled it around Jimmy's quarters based 43 system. Why not run your 425 with South Florida football players? They were born for this system and the philosophy that runs it.

If he wants run an Air Raid system on the opposite side of the ball, then so be it. We have a franchise QB in the building. His name is Brad Kaaya.

Why would Patterson leave Ft. Worth? He's making $3.5 million. He's in a perfect situation. He's sitting at #5 right now and he has a relatively young team. He also expressed zero interest in the Miami job in 2010.
 
I would love to have Patterson as the next HC, I just don't see him leaving TCU now they're in the Big 12.
