Name The Most Absurd Missed Call For Louisville/Miami

TVD tries to hit Restrepo on an out route.

The ball is so badly thrown that it hits Mario in the head creating a new scar, travels down and hits mustache man trailing behind and thus bounces and knocks out Dawson leaving Guidry to call both offensive and defensive plays.

The ref throws out TVD for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Easy because it happens in almost every game. Someone on defense is rushing the passer and gets held which allows the QB to throw it downfield for a TD. Louisville runs the ball a lot but they also take deep shots

ACC gives us a safety that we don't deserve as a make up for the ones they've missed in the past. Louisville then gets away with DPI and OPI the rest of the game to secure a top 10 matchup for the ACC championship

I'll say it again. This is the game.

This is the game that the ACC refs will cheat FOR the Canes. We're going to see at least three bogus calls against Louisville in this game, possibly even one that negates a Louisville score. Remember this post!

TVD throws an interception and makes the “effort play” to tackle the player at our 5yrd and “saves” a touchdown… the officials call TVD for targeting on the tackle and toss him out of the game.

A lot of great entries, but this is the one, IMO. A QB getting called for targeting is some UM **** for sure.

Yeah because they want to get UNC in the championship game vs FSU.

I hate that we can help UNC!

We win this week, look pretty good. Flashes of 6 game 2021 TVD and then next week are in a dogfight with BC where multiple holds go uncalled for us or called against us and RVD would look better then TVD.

Louisville QB scrambles and is chased to the back of their own endzone. Bain hits him so hard the ball pops up and through the uprights. Louisville is awarded 3 points plus the ball, and Bain is ejected for excessive talent with a 15-yard penalty against Miami.

Mirabel can’t take it anymore and storms the field (his turn for a coach penalty). But nobody can see him and he gets trampled on the next play. His status remains questionable because nobody can find him, so we have to find a new OL coach.

Go Canes.

Stretch left, stretch right, outside zone, toss, sweep, jet pass, bubble screen, hb screen. Wait, is this supposed to be for the officials?

We know it will happen.

The question is, how?

So I'd like to see what is the most ludicrous, ridiculous, absurd missed call that people can think of going into the game with Louisville (not that we have not already seen a bevy of them this season).

I'll start with:

Mark Fletcher breaks through the line and scampers 59 yards for a touchdown. When he is three yards deep into the end zone Fletcher spikes the ball in celebration, and the ball bounces out of the end zone. The ACC refs immediately call it a fumble, and then a safety.
No goal line cam and no clear evidence to overturn it. Media calls out yet another bad call but laughs under their breath.
