N’kosi Perry

Haven’t seen game yet but my brother said WRs we’re poor and have been. Is Dugans not as good of a coach as we thought. Or just young guys sprinkled w Golden leftovers?

Let's put it this way. I think Dugans natural coaching position should be OL.

Richt has still got Perry on a short leash. Virtually no trust in the vertical passing game. How many swing passes did he attempt today?

Perry only threw for 170 yds. I thought our WRs were all world recruits. Beginning to think not so much. Little separation on their routes.
We had several throws down the field that were dropped, I dont Think it’s that. Perry threw a perfect throw down the field to langham and he dropped it. 2 perfect throws to homer and Wiggins down the field and they both dropped them which would have went for 2 tds and Been tds of 70 yards at least each

I would give him a solid B- WRs did not help him today but he did miss a lot of throws. Perry needs to learn to throw the ball away. Everytime he gets sacked it's like a 10 yard loss.
Fair criticism , I agree. He has to get it out quicker but that comes with experience

I will enjoy this win and N Perry's nice day and just sit back and imagine what this season would have been if he was not prematurely pulled in the Virginia game!
I don't understand how 3 ints for a qb who was obviously a deer in headlights that game was "premature". Good win today, but he wasn't a stud by any means. I think everyone has just forgotten what a good qb looks like after our options the last 2 seasons.

I thought last year And 2016 wr blocking was phenomenal and he’s a good recruiter

Another positive is that Foster probably threw some different defensive looks at Perry and he seemed to handle it well. Kid needed reps. Too bad he didn't get more burn this year.
For some odd reason Richt felt it was nessa

And you think Rosier was the better option?

Richt ruined the season by benching Nkosi in the UVA game. I reckon we'd be 7-3 at worst if Nkosi had started all season.

Opposing D is playing 10 yards off of the line of scrimmage. When they do come up Wiggins almost made them pay. The WR's are fine speed wise and will only get better.

I've been begging for swing passes since every D we face plays 10 yards off of our receivers. Perry does a nice job of leading his receivers on those swing passes and I hope we continue to make defenses pay playing 10 yards off of our receivers.

Rosier has proven he's garbage as a whole, but Nkosi was extremely bad that night. If he doesn't have his head in the game, he has no business being in.

He threw 2 interceptions that game... He should have been pulled, but put back in after a series or 2..... More as a teaching point and to calm him down... Completely pulling him just made a bigger mess of things both on his personal development level, and just overall with our rotating QB situation..

Wiggins — dropped touchdown
Homer — dropped touchdown

And Langham (or was it cager?) with a 3rd down drop on a perfect pass.

Also wasn't it Wiggins bltching at Rosier for bad passes to him couple weeks back? In that same game ROSIER did end up hitting him n he didn't catch it n now today as well with diff QB. SMH

I don't disagree that he should have gotten another shot that game when Rosier proved to be equally ineffective. I'm just saying, the kid looked completely lost in that game and he needed to come out.
