Man, please do not fly a Leach banner. That is one banner i would pray Golden comes up with some sort of anti aircraft and shoots down. We just want the **** fired 1st then the rest will come into play.

Lets hire another HC with no clue about defense. Great.

he doesnt have to run the D hire A D cord to go with him. I dont understand plenty of Hot coaches that are postion coaches who love to the chance to prove themself. I sound like a broken record but T Rob is the one we need for the job, he couldnt be any worse. I have accepted the fact we will never pay top money for a coach but the talent in Miami we should be a great team with any coach that has knowledge of South Florida football. I will be game with ICE, Buchannon on staff, Christobol , Winston. i dont care at this point i just want to see a agressvie style play this big 10 crap is getting my sick

People are still sucking off Leach? How about you wait til that guy does jack sh*t at WSU first before crowning him as anything.

Dude is the same he's always been. All pass, no defense, no running game. Totally unbalanced philosophy, and that's why he's never won jack, and doesn't look to be doing so any time soon.

i dont want leach either but dont say he sucks, he didnt have one losing season in 10 years at tech

It's nearly impossible to have a losing season when you literally get four free wins with your non-conference schedule. He would have had to go 1-7 in the conference to have a losing record.

He's an innovator who gave Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Texas fits with vastly inferior talent. He almost beat Auburn at Auburn last year, again with a crap team. Don't kid yourselves, Leach would be a huge upgrade over Golden. That said, gimme Leavitt.

If you're at a major Division 1 school in Texas......in TEXAS......for ten years, and you still have vastly inferior talent, then you suck at selling your program.

The truth of the matter is that he had **** good talent and managed to put together a bunch of 8-4 seasons. When it came down to it, he got beat by those teams, often very badly.

Lubbock man, Lubbock. It's more Oklahoma/New Mexico than Texas. Had no reputation as a football school before Leach.

That's where you lose all credibility. Spike Dykes took them to five bowls in seven years before Leach took over. Plus he played a more difficult non-conference schedule than Leach. Don't comment on TT's history if you're just going to guess.

Haha, that's funny. Spike averaged 6 wins per year in his 13 years there, and after joining the big 12, he had two 6-6 seasons and two 7-5 seasons (a real juggernaut). Leach is a legend there (to everyone not named James), even compared to Spike. Further, Leach would've pasted 40+ on Patrino on Monday night with Miami's talent, and his D would've been vastly better than NoD's-- and that's not even debatable.

If you are going to fly a banner that won't happen or makes no sense, why not ask for Saban?
