My problem with Enos

It makes no sense to run the offense he runs. He was the QB coach at Bama. He has been a part of the evolution of the offense there. Despite Bama having the OL to play the old school the QB under center run/play-action pass offense, they have been very dynamic. They run their offense almost exclusively out of the RPO. The QB sees the field at all times which leads to quick decisions and lots of scoring. Our OL woes would be seriously mitigated if Enos were to employ the scheme he learned at Bama. We are not Wisconsin and don’t have an SEC or Big Ten OL. The RPO with a compliment motions and shifts would take the predictability out of our offense and create chaos with the opposing defenses. We have the personnel. An accurate QB. RB’s that can both run & catch. TEs that can run a catch. Wr’s with speed who have been actually catching the ball. We have all the ingredients to implement that kind of offense but for some reason he has chosen to implement his old Big Ten type offense that doesn’t suite the personnel we have. It makes no sense. Not sure why we continuously get stubborn coaches not willing to adjust their system to meet the personnel.

He believes his chit don’t stink. U can tell by his post pressers. He think he’s better than he is. @What The **** told us. What sad, the commonality is his offenses gotten worst each year wherever he’s been. So if this is peak, God help us.
 
I hope there is more, much more, to Enos than we have seen so far. Really hoping he's still in Chapter 1 of the playbook and is getting ready to turn the pages.
 
The bottom line is he was a part of an explosive offense literally 1 year ago. You would think he would be smart enough to implement something that is not only easy to install given our personnel. It would actually provide our OL some much needed relief given that fact we have so many young kids on the OL.

You think he left Bama cause he wanted, that **** left Bama cause he knew he wouldnt be able to get away with the bullshat offensive calls he running here at Bama, nicky would've been cursed him out, and would've gotten nationally exposed, so the smart move was to come here, under a brand new headcoach who doesnt know he's not that good of an oc, he's a good qb coach, but oc, like blake baker, you in the big boi league now!
 
Sorry to bust yall bubble but we dont have enough good players to do all the stuff yall think we can do on offense. I was in orlando we started with pre snap motion and our players kept getting false starts. Besides brevin jordan and deejay dallas who can u consistently count on in this offense?
 
Another stubborn coordinator who talks out of his ***. I remember preseason he was yapping about how we will run a scheme to fit our personnel. Meanwhile we are out here running pro style offense that lives off play action with one of the worst OL’s we have ever seen. Square peg meet round hole.
 
Enos runs what he an Manny have agreed will be the identity of this football program, and they won't sacrifice development to achieve that. The selection of Jarren and his "potential" speaks to Manny's willingness to take his lumps. Manny wants north/south, physical football with PA. If he didn't we wouldn't be doing it.

That’s is silly. Are you saying we don’t have the personnel to run the RPO or the personnel to run it like a Bama. If you are saying the 1st it makes no sense. If your saying the second, I agree. Either way, the offense we do run is predicated on a solid OL play and a QB who can scan and process the field quickly. We have neither so it doesn’t work.

Which is not what he said when he was hired. He supposedly wanted an offense that caters to SoFla athletes. A faster more innovative system. Another lie he fed the fans
