Offense:

Malik Rosier - 18/35 149yds 51.4%cmp 1TD 2INT's, 14att 71yds
Travis Homer - 13att 40yds, 4rec 46yds
Deejay Dallas - 9att 30yds 1TD
Brevin Jordan - 7rec 37yds
Jeff Thomas - 4rec 31yds
Darrell Langham - 2rec 30yds 1TD

Offense gained 304yds total offense, 8/17 on 3rd down, with only 28:24 time of possession.

Offense had 2 good drives early on, nice TD by Langham & on the Deejay TD nice blocks from Homer & Brevin.

Rosier was Rosier, started off hitting a few passes, but once BC took away the easy throws & forced him to do more he did was he always does. I'm not even mad Malik just isn't a good QB, never has been & never will be, he shouldn't be starting in year 3 but that's not up to him. Even with that said, I hope he stays the starter the rest of the season, that's what Richt deserves, he made this mess, he needs to lay in.

OL was awful, time to get Seashells the FOH.

I don't have much to say, it's been said all week, this Offense is just terrible & if we ever plan on being anything more than barely just a Coastal contender Richt has to be forced to give this Offense up or else we're fcked in the long term.

Defense:
- Sheldrick Redwine 14tcks 1PD
- Michael Pinckney 10tcks 0.5TFL's
- Jaquan Johnson 0.5TFL's
- Shaquille Quarterman 9tcks 1TFL
- Zach McCloud 8tcks 1.5TFL's
- Jonathan Garvin 7tcks 1TFL 0.5sack
- Trajan Bandy 6tcks 2PD's
- Scott Patchan 6tcks
- Pat Bethel 6tcks 1TFL, 0.5sack
- Michael Jackson 5tcks
- Gerald Willis 3tcks 1TFL
- Romeo Finley 3tcks 1TFL, 1INT
- Joe Jackson 3tcks 0.5TFL

Defense gave up 426yds total & 216yds rushing, BC was 6/18 on 3rd down & 2/2 on 4th down, with only 1 sack.

Defense got gashed from the very beginning, came out completely unprepared for BC's off balanced attack in the pass game & got the ball stuffed down their throat against the run. Gave up **** near 280yds in the 1st half, didn't stand a chance all game long.

The DLine got no pass rush & we couldn't get any TFL's like we usually do. This team pretty much thrives off early Defensive Turnovers & TFL's, when we can't get pressure we get steamrolled.

Disappointing performance all the way around, Bandy, Rome Finely & Redwine made a few plays, but everyone else just didn't show up to play.

Overall, this team looked completely lifeless, it seems like they've checked out & are not responding to the Coaches. The Coaches cannot get these boys motivated at all, there's no fire & no intensity at all.

It appears that Richt has lost the locker room, there's absolutely no way this team goes on a run & finishes strong. Another 4 game losing streak is on the horizon, this season is spiraling out of control.

Still support my Canes to the fullest, but this sh*t is just tragic. All I know is, if Richt gets beat by UF next year, the clock will be ticking that much faster, extension or not, the heat will intensify to white hot if we fck around & get beat by UF.

Rest of the season I'll watch every game, but have no expectations of anything good whatsoever. 7-5 & is how it's looking Smfh, **** shame.

The season was officially over once we lost to UVA and some segment of the fanbase started mentioning that we could still win the Coastal.

Changes need to be made. Very tough decisions, and Richt needs to find the ********s to do it. Because you and every other fan knows what that means - Firing Searels. Firing Jon Richt. Hiring an OC that would maximize the talent we currently have available.

You know, as much as the defense gave up a lot of yardage, this is football; There is going to be a handful of games where your better side of the ball has an off night. It would have been nice if the offense returned the favor once in awhile and gave them some support.

Offensively, you could see BC adjusting to the multiple slant routes we were running. There was no effort to build any concepts off of that such as a slant and go, etc. I can't believe that after an additional week of game planning and stating in the media that you were going to be rethinking everything, this was the best effort we could produce.

I think our record will be in the range of 5-7 to 7-5. I don't think we beat VT (as bad as they are) and all the other games are tossups. This coaching staff had two weeks to prepare, and we looked horrific. The only benefit of going 6-6 or 7-5 is that Richt will be forced to fire most of the staff.

but be honest, did you really expect anything better from our 'offensive' staff/Richt?

I’ll disagree slightly on the offense. Yes the 1st was rough. They adjust and have the offense chance after chance to do what needed to be done. If they don’t get turnovers and really short fields, this team will be doomed

You sure about that? I'm not.

The team has regressed, we actually look worse than we did during the 4 game losing streak back in 2016.

This game was eerily similar to 2016 Va Tech.

Yeah the defense wasn’t great tonight, but they STILL played well enough to win. Even with our offensive turnovers, we pretty much put the clamps down in the second half. THEY GAVE US A CHANCE, kept us in it. And as usual, the offense does ******* zero.

If our offense wasn’t absolutely terrible, we win this game and Virginia.

Like, we play D- ball offense on average—no exaggeration—and we’d have one loss if we played C ball. That’s how bad our offense is, and that’s generally how well our defense

I have been a fan since '88. Thankfully, I am a UCF grad and can root for my alumni. Sad to see, but UCF has more of an interest in being a national contender than Miami. At least I can justify time away from my family for someone that wants to win.

Do we think the quitting has to do with the Qb playing? The WRs just seem mad with the bad Qb throws

Besides almost getting killed on many catches, they are lucky not to throw their backs out while twisting and turning to catch balls 12 feet high and 4 feet wide.
