My early Tri-County Top 40

I been trying to tell folks about FOWLES for awhile.
His height is a problem to guard against and he high points real well

How many WRs are we taking? I haven't really looked at 2023 HUDL. But with 6 of Skeeter's top 8 as WR types, is there any reason to think we don't get 3-4 of those kids (we've already got 1) and end up not having room for any more? Or is Fowles just as good?

I would take 4.
When locally is at deep as it Is you kinda want to load up.

The thing is..its early. These kids may end up going everywhere..and we may end up getting a national Kid to..because mario is all about that

2 Hykeem Williams WR, Stranahan
3 Jalen Brown WR/ATH, Gulliver
4 Robbie Washington WR/ATH Killian
5 Mark Fletcher, RB Plantation AH
6 Reuben Bain DL, Central
7 Andy Jean WR, Northwestern
10 Jayvant Brown LB, Plantation AH

13 Bobby Washington LB, Killian
15 Stanquan Clark LB, Killian

We took 7 in 2008. I think that was overkill. But yeah, 4 or even 5 seems right to me given the talent levels and TVD + Garcia able to sling the rock. ... Hard for me to see us passing on a top local WR for national options this class. But I don't doubt this staff will line up multiple options and won't play the hat trick game with too many kids..

All the kids i posted i coached. Along with Deangelo Ponds the cb out of Chaminade as well...who is like a lil Gnat in coverage.

Deandre Duffus...or Shaq as we call him.

Mauler in the interior...mini Davin Joseph. Not really mini as he is bigger than Davin coming out in weight..but Dav was rocked up like a wrestler
Ponds ran a 10.67 at states yesterday. Did he grow any? If not, I can see him going to a Marshall/Toledo and being all-conference

He hasnt really. Hes probably right around 5'9'1/2 160. Hes just like your Bootle boys.
He has nice *** ball skills...I didnt think he was that fast but he worked on track and is blazing. Got FAU, Akron offer...will be a steal for someone.
Ponds was a freshman....kid probably was like 5'7 140...and would routinely take on Damian Alford in practice in everything. Alford at the time was 6'5 205..and for the most part he troubled Damian or wasnt fully exploited.

Deangelo is a football player…..I don’t care how tall he is. Is Miami going to recruit him, probably not. But he’s a kid that will have a nice college career.

When i coached him he had a gme with 3 picks at nickel....and he was a 9th grader. Kid can play...will earn his keep and be a steal.

Hes a replica of this Broward kid who has started multiple years at Pitt.

Is this still a good stack ranking now that camps are in full swing? Any big risers or fallers? Anyone care to highlight the ones we're in serious contention for?

Tons of them on the other board

I defer to LCE and others on here, they do a great job.

Not on the list but Zayden Laing-Taylor (DB from Central, Pace transfer) just committed to Akron. I watched him 3 times last year against top competition & in a 7v7 setting and he impressed me every time

Interesting list, however ... it only has 3 trench warriors 🤔

Proud Prop Joe moment one of my kids from elemenntary school. He kind of told me this is where he was committing to a few weeks ago.

This is where OFFICIAL VISITS are key, they kind of blew him away on the visit the same thing they did with Ruben Hyppolitte to get him to Maryland as well.
Im bias an like him more than the interior guys there after but kid will be a player wherever he goes and will do well at Maryland.
